On May 23/24 and May 30/31, the first 350 Toronto residents to visit participating The Home Depot and Canadian Tire stores will receive a free specialty CFL bulb. We'll be in-store all weekend providing customers with energy efficiency education, and $4 discounts for specialty CFLs and $10 discounts for powerbars with timers.
